You will need a soft mat to workout on. You will also need a birthing ball for some of the Trimester 3 workouts. You may also wish to incorporate light free weights in many of the workouts (we recommend 1-3kg).

TPP is designed for low risk pregnancies. If your pregnancy is high risk, you will need to seek the advice of the doctor overseeing your medical care prior to joining the TPP. We highly advise you ask your doctor the following questions:
1) is it safe for me to do exercise?
2) If so, what will I need to be mindful of and what movements/positions will I need to avoid.
You can then participate in the programme subject to your doctor’s advice.

Yes. The beauty of TPP is that it is split into each week of pregnancy. So if you join the programme at (say) 12 weeks, you can start the workouts for week 12. It will be important that you familiarise yourself with the relevant anatomy (as this is explained in week 5) and review our ‘Guide to safe Pilates during pregnancy’ (below).

Yes. Our subscriptions renew monthly at the same time on the same day each month. If a monthly subscription starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the renewal date will change when the renewal month doesn't have a corresponding date. For example, a monthly subscription started on August 31 will renew on September 30, and it will continue to renew on the 30th of each month until February. In February, it will renew on the 28th, and will continue to renew on the 28th indefinitely.
-
That’s no problem! Just cancel your subscription PRIOR to the date of renewal and you will not be billed for the next period. If you signed up for a monthly subscription, you will need to cancel before the expiration of that billing month. If you signed up for a three-monthly subcscription, you will need to cancel before the expiration of that billing quarter.
We are not able to refund you for a given period if you forgot to cancel and it has already started. So if you intend to cancel please make note of the relevant dates.
Remember, subscriptions renew at the same time on the same day each month.
